Well, if true what was/is the new CEO compensation?

I would expect to see the sale of all shares up to the 633,333,333 maxing out the available shares not issued to Wialan insiders, including the past CEO Peabody.

Soon to follow after that a Reverse Split. new shares issued to Folger for the old ACYD, and financing would then start for Wialan with that 10 million equtiy finance Company(still unknown) wiping out all the old ACYD shareholders.

Will still play this, but the futures writing is on the wall IMO. At least have to consider.

All this with an Attorney that has been involved in a past SEC case writing opinion letters.
