Let's look at this for a moment... ECDC owns nothing Kay does they are merely a puppet shell that license from Kay so I don't care if they spent $20 or 2 billion they own nothing. Kay has set up this sham so he owns everything. I don't remember other tech companies doing that.
I also don't remember any of these companies who were hemorrhaging loses paying big bonuses and salaries to anyone that amounted to double digit percentages of the money being borrowed. m Also just curious how you would know that people sent emails to Gordon County? That is not public information so that would mean either you work for the company and could be an employee or officer or received insider information that the SEC would certainly like to know about so they could prosecute the company and perhaps you for insider trading.
Also the product that earthsearch has Kay has been trying to peddle for years so the development thing is BS. A huge chunk of the money per the 1-Q's has been to kay and his shells for nothing.
