Penquin, If you would have followed this Emerald Case. You would know that in January 2013. The Federal Judge in the First Trial. Withdrew Miscovich's Admiralty Claim, in essence saying that the emeralds were not found on a sunken shipwreck. The Judge also awarded Miscovich all 154 lbs of emeralds.

The second trial is about Miscovich paying the Plaintiff's Attorney Fee's
( Miscovish is the Defendant) and about whether he committed FRAUD, according to yesterday's newspaper article.

So to answer your question. Miscovich already has had the emeralds to sell for the last 10 Months. In my opinion, if the emeralds were Valuable, Miscovich wouldn't be almost Bankrupt. He would have sold them.

ORRV only comes out ahead if there is any money left after the emeralds are sold and Miscovich pays all his Bills. If Miscovich is almost Bankrupt? It doesn't look good for ORRV getting anything out of this emerald case. In my opinion.

Just my personal opinion

Penguin,

A little clarification for you, in case you came on board after the first trial ended. You wrote. "They can be well worth it. You cant sell that when your in trial" In reality, Jay was GIVEN POSSESSION of the emeralds at the first trial, which is OVER. he was told he could sell them ten months ago. I know those posts were covered up a long time ago, so I let you know so you have all the facts. :-)

The second trial is for sanctions only. But he has had possession and ownership of the emeralds, WITH rights to sell, for ten months.

FYI
