You cant sell that when your in trial" In reality, Jay was GIVEN POSSESSION of the emeralds at the first trial, which is OVER. he was told he could sell them ten months ago. I know those posts were covered up a long time ago, so I let you know so you have all the facts.
The second trial is for sanctions only. But he has had possession and ownership of the emeralds, WITH rights to sell, for ten months.
