Could it be that if he sells the emeralds before the 2nd trial is over then he would have the cash asset from the sale and be liable to pay that cash for the attorney fees etc? Maybe he's waiting for the trial to settle out before he cashes in on the emeralds. Just a crazy thought. Honestly, who knows, bottom line we need to hear something from the company.
