No one knows when the audited fins come out. But, both of Big and I heard from Rich-- it's coming after the unaudited fins.

2.) Annual Financials Released (by AH tomorrow)-has been done.
3.) Q1 Financials Released (by Friday Oct 25th)-coming on Monday, likely.
4.) Current Status achieved for OTC (by Monday/Tuesday Oct 28/29)

#3. The audited fins will take YIPI back to the OTCQX

6.) Potential contract details Fortune 100 companies (November)
#4 YIPI bought out @$6.00 news, released by the F100 company- Only hoping.
