2.) Annual Financials Released (by AH tomorrow)-has been done.
3.) Q1 Financials Released (by Friday Oct 25th)-coming on Monday, likely.
4.) Current Status achieved for OTC (by Monday/Tuesday Oct 28/29)

#2. Audited annual and 1Q will be released
#3. The audited fins will take YIPI back to the OTCQX
5.) Potential Board of Directors changes announced. Don't underestimate this impact. (Early November)
6.) Potential contract details Fortune 100 companies (November)
#4 YIPI bought out @$6.00 news, released by the F100 company- Only hoping.
