I think they are much closer than 5 years. In March they did their first test flight with the full system in place, which means it is much closer to deployment than 5 years. Also, the next test is planned for later this year according to this PR by Lockheed in March. I would guess in the next year or so has a much higher chance than in 5 years.
Based off the date mentioned at the bottom, this program is already in its 7th year of development.
Kelly's Island, year round residents numbered 100. Back then anyway. It was the best destination for us family sailors. Put In Bay was the party island - too raucus for Imagine. Point Pelee, Pelee Island, Canada - kinda scary there, like a Stephen King novel. People looked at ya funny like.
