Priceless needs to be changed to worthless.

The original business plan for Regen Biopharma according to their website is "to inlicense, take the product to, and through clinical safety and efficacy 'signal' and spin out technologies."

That indicates to me that they plan on selling out these technologies individually after getting them to Phase 1 or Phase 2. Nothing from the company's business plan/model indicates that his intention is to sell Regen Biopharma altogether.

Below is the link to Christopher Mizer's presentation at the Meeting on the Mesa in 2012 where he describes the plans to sell out the individual technologies. He never mentions selling Regen Biopharma. It would be different if Bio-Matrix Scientific Group had a website stating that their business plan was to sell off their subsidiaries however that is not the case.

The business side sucks but the science looks good. I do not have pm but would like to hear what your thoughts are on the current situation.
