You're entering dangerous territory by saying that:

the more priceless shares of Regen you will receive as Divy

Given that Koos has made it perfectly clear from the start that it is his intent to sell Regen (or its products. I think he plans to sell the company since in-licensing a treatment that has yet to receive FDA approval isn't quite feasible) during P1 or P2 a "priceless" pps assertion is tantamount to pumping. A true valuation cannot be determined until irrefutable success in the final stages of human trials is confirmed. Up to that point it is mostly guessing based on current trends in the market.

That said, any buyout offer of Regen by a BP will be done so taking into account a.) the funds required to see the treatments through remaining trials to marketability (i.e., how much it will cost BP to complete the process(es) intoto) b.) the amount of the market that will be absorbed by a competitor (there is a mad dash by several to get to the finish line using cellular treatments) c.) the debt the company (Koos's) has at the time of acquisition.

Among other factors.

Do not think that once a BP buys Regen & its products (not BMSN's products or company for BMSN has none--the products all belong to Regen) that Regen's stock is going to soar to the moon and the shareholders are going to live happily ever after based on the CEO's long-time concern and consideration for said shareholders. Koos has done nothing historically to suggest that this is his plan.

There is nothing remotely close to suggesting Regen's pps will exceed 0.50 per share. Perhaps in the upcoming days Koos will bestow the gift of honesty and true transparency on his shareholders. Until then, as always with him, it is all guess work and wishful thinking. At least as far as the business side of BMSN/Regen goes. The science is still looking good.
