I suggest people take a moment to read the past history of the PTAH Management Team. Then read some PRs from their previous scams. You will certainly recognize the "Wash, Rinse, Repeat" style of doing you the business.

What happens to the "assets" when a company goes "dark" and no longer responds to shareholders after the company offs it's paper?

And all or most money trials & stock trails lead back to company officials or "associates"?

Especially when there is no legal "ownership" filed of acquired companies which hold the "assets".

Augie, I have done a tremendous amount of due diligence here, please give me the contact phone number, not an answering machine, where all shareholders can contact the principals directly, ask questions, get emails answered, etc..... That would be greatly appreciated.....

Posting "SCAM" should be reason enough for other board member's to consider the source of such a word.. Again.. PTA Holdings is a real company with real business.. Take a moment to read their filings, check their industry segment and go from there... How many Pink sheet companies even come close to the quality of this one.. Language such as that I am responding to are clear indicators that the individual has not done any real DD.
