OT this is a lot of speculation. the lawyers are not running the company. if they are then we are all toast. this company needs to get some revenue while the litigation is going on, which likely will take well into 2015 before any conclusion. no company will settle with SF, why would they? a company with 0 cash, stock price at 8/100 of 1 PENNY. if they do not get some revenue going by the time they get a ruling, assuming it is favorable, there will be 3+ billion shares out and probably 10 billion available. with that kind of dilution no settlement will have an affect on the stock price. REVENUE is the only way for shareholders to get through this and make money. SF has issued 1 billion shares in the last 4 quarters, that is not sustainable
