As of 5:19 central time I officially am exercising my contractual right to RESCIND the attempted/never completed reverse merger with CAL BAY INTERNATIONAL

We entered into this in good faith and at no time were we ever provided with anything agreed to be provided by CAL BAY INTERNATIONAL. No name change, no free and clear shell not even any communication lately by virtue of my calls being screened by Pawson. Just unfulfilled promises/requirements.

I need to be crystal clear here 100% neither I nor anyone on my team or my company have profited one single solitary cent by this attempt at working with Roger Pawson/Cal Bay to try to complete this failed merger. Precisely zero shares were owned bought or sold.

We hope and plan to do this 100% fresh in the future and I would ask that you keep an eye on our website to remain updated.

I do not want any calls or emails from people about this Cal Bay deal. I will block any such numbers or emails so do not do it.

The Cambertire dream is very real unfortunately the Cal Bay deal has reached the point of no return/no possibility for Cambertire.

At no time was Cambertire a "Division of Cal Bay" Roger Pawson put that up and that WAS the plan had he been able to complete his requirements to even allow that to happen. UGH

AT NO TIME WAS THERE EVER ANY BINDING OR CONTRACTUALLY FINALIZED DEAL BETWEEN CAL BAY AND CAMBERTIRE PERIOD, there WAS hope of that happening but the requirements were never anything I was required to bring and we waited and waited for them to do it to no fruition. Our deal clearly states that either party can rescind at any time for any reason until finalized.

I WANT THE MODERATOR TO IMMEDIATELY REMOVE ALL CAMBERTIRE PICTURES ASSOCIATIONS ETC... please as there is ZERO ASSOCIATION BETWEEN CAMBERTIRE AND CAL BAY

You don't use a lawyer for this sort of thing?
Cancelling a contract through a post on IHUB?
Was there a specific reason you needed to post it here first and not in a filing or press release? Would this be considered fair public disclosure - or selective public disclosure? I guess as long as something is in a public release before the market opens there should be no problem.

I just took a look at the Camber tire web site , http://cambertire.com/ but did not notice anything on your PUBLIC site mentioning anything about the deal being off (Cal Bay/Camber tire).

I am wondering why I saw your most recent post on IHUB but see nothing to substantiate that claim on YOUR PUBLIC web site.

I can understand if Camber Tire can't put out a PR since not being officers or directors of Cal Bay ,

BUT OBVIOUSLY A PROFESSIONAL OUT FIT LIKE YOURS CAN DO BETTER THAN TO POST ON IHUB ONLY.

This is real money us traders are playing with , many bought CBYI because of the developments and now many like me have no idea what to think.

I noticed only 2 posts from (alias John R Scott) the first post impressed me , actually I had to read it again today to try to figure the validity of the second post.

Why would a man who never answers any questions about the business dealings of his company for fear of insider trading leave a message spewing insider trading information on a stock message board? That would be leaving written evidence of criminal activity. I seriously doubt this message is from the real leader of Camber tire.

I do not believe this message is from John R Scott. IF it were he would say something like thanks for believing in my product and patents and am sorry for backing out on the deal. I also noticed on the first post he signed off Sincerely John R Scott. There was none of that with this message. ITS as phony as a 3 dollar bill.

John R Scott did illegal things to break the deal. You will get big law sue by CBYI and shareholders to pay their damage's. Why don't you talk to CBYI to break the deal? You just use email and massage board to break the deal is illegal. You will get big troubles with law sue.
