As of 5:19 central time I officially am exercising my contractual right to RESCIND the attempted/never completed reverse merger with CAL BAY INTERNATIONAL

We entered into this in good faith and at no time were we ever provided with anything agreed to be provided by CAL BAY INTERNATIONAL. No name change, no free and clear shell not even any communication lately by virtue of my calls being screened by Pawson. Just unfulfilled promises/requirements.

I need to be crystal clear here 100% neither I nor anyone on my team or my company have profited one single solitary cent by this attempt at working with Roger Pawson/Cal Bay to try to complete this failed merger. Precisely zero shares were owned bought or sold.

We hope and plan to do this 100% fresh in the future and I would ask that you keep an eye on our website to remain updated.

I do not want any calls or emails from people about this Cal Bay deal. I will block any such numbers or emails so do not do it.

The Cambertire dream is very real unfortunately the Cal Bay deal has reached the point of no return/no possibility for Cambertire.

At no time was Cambertire a "Division of Cal Bay" Roger Pawson put that up and that WAS the plan had he been able to complete his requirements to even allow that to happen. UGH

AT NO TIME WAS THERE EVER ANY BINDING OR CONTRACTUALLY FINALIZED DEAL BETWEEN CAL BAY AND CAMBERTIRE PERIOD, there WAS hope of that happening but the requirements were never anything I was required to bring and we waited and waited for them to do it to no fruition. Our deal clearly states that either party can rescind at any time for any reason until finalized.

I WANT THE MODERATOR TO IMMEDIATELY REMOVE ALL CAMBERTIRE PICTURES ASSOCIATIONS ETC... please as there is ZERO ASSOCIATION BETWEEN CAMBERTIRE AND CAL BAY
