As far as I am concerned all these computer companies are the same. They hope their computers will work most of the time at least during the warranty. If not they will basically wear you down till you give up or you make such a fuss that they will on occasion do something.
That is so true. There should be a law against that. Maybe that is why Apple customers don't worry about the high costs of their laptops - they know they will get a good machine with good customer service.
