Since we are on the topic of Opsis, I was just reminded of our failed venture with EM Photonics and Dennis Prather. The joint venture was announced in March 2013 but by April or May 2013 it was over.

When asked what happened with EM Photonics, Tom said EMP is merely a SIBR shop and never really produce any commercially viable products. Why didn't LWLG properly vett EMP prior to announcing any collaboration? IMHO, it was readily apparent and easily discernible that EMP would not be a good fit for LWLG.
