I don't know, just saying it is awful strange, I could be wrong though but it is my understanding thought that anything created/started? at the U of W Gig has right to (first right of first refusal). It could also be something else. It is hard enough to keep the folks on the same page here on simple things (like the one reason Perk was invented took something cheap and stable, then they made it EO active) let alone connect the dot stuff so I won't elaborate. Sometimes University types and real world business folks do not see eye to eye, two completely different worlds, one is real and one is imagined although the easy funding and published results tend to live in one and not the other. One you have to say that you are going to do to succeed and the other you actually have to do it.

Oh on the Greenlee front, you will also notice that he departed when they promoted Bintz (around him?) after a few weeks on the job.
