I would actually like to know this as well. I thought the SPAC money would be used to purchase another entity (I.e. a manufacturing plant) if the SPAC agreement falls through for whatever reason I thought I read that money would then be returned to the company and shareholders...can anyone clarify this/slap me in the face for being completely off-base?
