In my professional opinion The Alstom deal just valued all three issued patents at well over 200 million dollars. And I am pretty sure there will be a dozen more patent applications filed shortly.
A company like ALSTON would not give MVTG $1 million dollars for a seat at the dinner table if the MVTG technology was not commercially viable.
