Due Diligence? :) Are we talking about the same transaction? The one that was announced March 4, 2013? :) The one announced 6 months ago??!! :)

It's one thing to manipulate shareholders, but to insult them?

We are talking about 2 companies with barely any revenues. What "Due Diligence" for this size transaction takes 6 months?

If management is that incompetent where they can neither sell nor close a deal, then what exactly are they doing with their time? :)

Howe released a statement on May 6th, that they were completing the due diligence stage and expected completion of the acquisition by early June. Early June! After the previous failed merger with (was it Promark?) investors have to be skeptical going forward with this merger. It more and more seems possible that it may not take place. Howe has not released any further positive recent statements about the merger. We will see what happens.
