Something to discuss with attorneys. Involved in the discussions is the liability of the other companies as well, as they likely know of failures at the same time as iWeb management. Also in discussion is the board, many of whom have been present for this as well as the other failed merger and did little in their duties to protect shareholders. If a case should be initiated, I would be sure to pass along particulars.

I cannot comment on what they are doing or have done in last 6 months as part of due diligence but we ll know the result of that before end of the month IMO.
