IMO there will be a lot of "trapped" shareholders selling when or if the SP can ever get back to certain higher levels. Where the POG goes in the next year or so to me is going to tell the fate of the miners SP. I think we could see momentum build for appreciation in the PTQ SP if gold continues higher, which in turn should move money back into the mining sector. That's the only way IMO we see the SP improve markedly from here.
I think very little of what management does here will have any effect on the SP. It never has in the past.
