ah,but don't forget-we're ''anticipating''-in fact we're getting real good at ''looking forward''and forward, and forward-year after year.Actually there are fewer people ''crowing'' today than 2 years ago-they sold up and left...

[ps-60 cents would be nice, real nice,and I wonder how many people who huffed and puffed and said they would ''never sell for less than $3'',when Inmets offer of 60 was turned down might be wishing they HAD taken it...just wondering of course]
