#1934 RE: SSKILLZ1 #1933

as far as reits go, i'm going to stick with healthcare related properties. other income holdings with be 2 or 3 pipeline llc's. shove in 3 or 4 growth stories for fun and i may be able to semi ignore the bulk of my finances so as to spend more attention to increasing healthcare issues (the price of aging). this will be a long term (hopefully till terminal) project and totally separate from trading.

LXP

Sold my LXP today, wasn't crazy that they didn't raise the dividend, this quarter (Last Year) has been historically when they raised the dividend, and it didn't happen. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.

ARCP

A REIT

I brought more ARCP, it is a Table Pounder for me and my largest holding. Why?

1) based on $1.14-1.19, trading at less then 11 times AFFO in 2014.

2) Dividend was recently raised from .91 to .94 and with the closing of there next acquisition should be raised to a $1.00, that is almost 8% yield getting paid monthly. it is also waaaaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper then it's peers like O for example.

3) There are very few reasons for insiders to buy a stock, but 4 insiders in November brought over 70k combined shares. including a 30k purchase by the CEO. that gives me confidence that things are going well.

All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
