If you want to stick with healthcare other names I prefer over HTA, is OHI, and BMR, I don't own either at the moment. Where MPW is hospital kind of related. BMR leased to like drug/biotech companies, and OHI is more like nursing homes. So they are all a little different. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
