I like ARCP as well, they pays dividend monthly. Has had a little run, But based on company guidance, they are trading at 11 times next years FFO. Yielding almost 7%, has had a little run, but a pullback would make this one even more attractive.

I also like LXP they may raise the dividend, based on they raised it last year. Still yields over 5% And trades at around 11 times FFO.

All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
