It seems that you can sue anybody for any reason in this country! What surprises me most is that Whittle claims that Marley Coffee is "highly profitable" and he wants his "share" of the "profits". Marley Coffee barely had any sales prior to FY13. And despite nicely rising sales, it is likely that there won't be any profits in in FY14.

We will just have to let the lawyers and the court decide just what kind of business arrangement Rohan and Whittle had back in the early "bad old days" when they took an idea about having a coffee company and turned it into a business!

shane whittle....

yes, his name appears alot in the early days of marley coffee...

don't know what his involvement is today...

it is rumored that he was the reason for the dealings with the 3rd party investment pr firms and the meteoric rise of jamn in early 2011 that sent jamn to 5 bucks a share without a business plan or single sale...

so, according to this lawsuit... mr whittle is saying that he was the one that came up with the idea...."hey rohan, you should use your name to sell stuff" .... ?????

don't know much about the whole thing... but, of course, i am sure every rising company/star goes thru this when people around you start smelling success and dollar signs....

Shane "Scam-I-Am" Whittle

Our infamous ex-CEO prior to Mr.Toevs, mastermind of the infamous 2011 P&D (as far as I'm concerned). I would expect nothing less from this cretan. All of his scams must be catching up to him and he must be getting desperate for money. I think there's absolutely no validity to any of his claims and I'm not going to lose a second of sleep over any lawsuit involving him.
