so, according to this lawsuit... mr whittle is saying that he was the one that came up with the idea...."hey rohan, you should use your name to sell stuff" .... ?????
don't know much about the whole thing... but, of course, i am sure every rising company/star goes thru this when people around you start smelling success and dollar signs....
