Well if they have, IMHO they have an obligation to present it to their shareholders. But, they apparently don't want to state much until all the patents have been finalized. For whatever reason.
But, even if they have rejected any, there will be the few that would argue that it's bs and just pumping the stock.
The best case scenario would be to wake up one morning and read that a deal has been done and the shorts, if any, have to cover and it sends the PPS through the roof!!! Over and above the agreed upon sale price.
