How do you know offers havn't been made?

According to the VP BOD during the last conference call "a bidding war would be the ideal scenario." I would think any large (multi $B) VP buy out offer would take a couple months at least to sign, seal and deliver, no?

With RBR being just approved, which they still haven't even received the actual cetification for yet and MG still on the horizon, I would imagine the VP BOD could be in the midst of such dealings as we speak, but who knows?

IMO, I think we'd be crazy to think there haven't been decent offers made to VP's BOD thus far.
