I would imagine (I can't emphasize imagine enough) that there must be some pretty sensitive items in the June 24 proceedings for it to be submitted for redaction prior to release two months later. Or perhaps they want to make sure the litigants/parties involved have the chance to cross out any personal information they wish to keep private. Who knows?
