I think you are correct. The card companies mentioned there were "trade secrets" that might be expossed if it went to trial...those are the items that might be crossed out/blacked/hidden from public view (redacted) in the court papers.
I wonder if the extention/delay is to allow the parties time to "talk"????? After today's volume I can only imagine.....
