don't know seq .... reading legal mumbo-jumbo not my favourite pastime!!!! but, here's latest from the Court:

Doc 170: Transcript for proceedings held on 24 june 2013 (24 june, doc 163, was status conference - "case called, counsel appeared. The Court hears argument from counsel and takes the matter under submission.") Transcript may be viewed at the court public terminal or purchased through the Court Reporter before the deadline for Release of Transcript Restriction. After that date it may be obtained through PACER. Notice of Intent to Redact due within 7 days of this date. Redaction Request due 9 Sep 2013. Redacted Transcript Deadline set for 19 Sep 2013. Release of Transcript Restriction set for 17 Nov 2013.

Anyone any the wiser as to what all this is about??!!! What is Redact about? and why is release of transcript restriction set way in the future to mid Nov??!!
