LOL, you keep trying to convince yourself something is actually happening. So what makes you think they just made it to the lab this week? Your hunch? Like the ones you've had for the past 2 years?

So why not admit failure? It is because they lied to investors in regard to what they have and so far it is all hype

You're talking out of both sides of your mouth. You just said they lied to investors and so far it is all hype so clearly they have nothing. So why do you now think they have something and are in the process of testing? We all want desperately for this to be real, but it's not my friend. Don't know how much more you need to see to be convinced. What we all need to focus on now is how we go after these crooks and somehow salvage some of our investment, and better yet, put these clowns away.
