This is what I think. They just made it to the lab this week because of Robert's procrastination. Whatever their attempt to get a test done, no matter how it goes, they are trying to complete something that they can publish. They are looking at charges from sec, etc. if they don't. Am I wrong? Like you said it would be a charade. So why not admit failure? It is because they lied to investors in regard to what they have and so far it is all hype and they know reputation is trashed and their method of producing income is in great peril going forward. In other words they are in big trouble and like you said they don't know what to do.

No one has talked to Andrew in a long time. I have called, emailed, etc. and the only thing he replied to was one email saying they were not done. That is all. People have been pleading for update and there is no response. They think since it has only been a few days after the deadline, it is ok to stay silent at this time while they figure out whether to continue or admit failure. Failure will result in some kind of investor rebuttal and it will not be lightly addressed.
