The O/S is almost 1.2 Billion now and they STILL have not raise the money they require. What will it look like in the months ahead?

I predict it shoots over 1.5 billion fast. The amount of stock they are issuing per quarter, is more than they use to issue over an entire year. No way can this weak volume keep up, this poorly manged company will continue to trend lower. No doubt
