2 Late Friday filings are out... ANOTHER amendment to the 10K and the shareholder meeting proxy.

Its amazing how much they screw up these filings and have to amend them. They get paid MILLIONS of dollars to get this right, yet they constantly make mistakes... Can we even trust the info they are relaying to us? I have never seen a company have so many filing mistakes.

At least everyone will get to vote on the compensation plan... but sadly, the insider control the vote and will grant themselves however much they please.
