Thats an extremely naive and simplistic remark. "Dilution", as most rookies call it(because they lack a understanding of how these types of businesses raise capital to fund new ventures), depending on its use, can also be called raising capital to fund business related expenses. In this case, BMSN has two products in the IND pipeline that have the chance to be used in over 30 different cures for diseases. (no, i will not give you the DD on this, there is plenty on this board! dig!)

This is not a software/oil/gold/banana tree shell company!

I don't have pm- but in response to your request for me to post the AS publicly on this board. I don't need to do that 1-eyed-jack does a very good job of that...all the information and DD you need has at some point been posted on this board- I am sure you can locate it just as well as I did --GO BMSN!
