Thanks Buddy, so they way I read this then, although APPL has the right to use LM in all of their CE products forever, once the agreement is done in February 2014, other companies (e.g. military) could license Crucible patented technologies (e.g. the recent bulk processing of LM patent) so long as it doesn't cross into CE? This would mean 100% of the royalities go to LM?
I understand that any IP produced by Crucible (Appl/LM) is going to be the respective property of each in the CE and non-CE arenas. So in other words, Samsung could give royalty to Apple to use LM in their consumer electronics, and LM wouldn't see a dime?
Am I reading this correct?
If it is indeed true that LM won't see any revenue from APPL using LM in the iPhone, I agree with previous posters that it will be probably the most significant advertising possible for LM, given the ubiquitous nature of iPhones.
