AAPL has ALL CE - exclusive. There is no other interpretation. Apple gave LQMT all R&D related to LQMT assigned to LQMT's 100% owned entity, CIP, and Apple gave LQMT 20 mill. CIP's processes and patents can be used for non-CE industries, but Apple wanted to protect themselves on the CE side with exclusivity.
