The deadline for the first round of funding that Lisenby claimed in the March PR has now been exceeded by nearly four months (there is no evidence that the deal happened and it makes no sense that if the funding happened, it would not have been PRd). The deadline for the land closing has been exceeded by more than two months (there is no evidence that the land closing happened and it makes no sense that if the land closing happened, it would not have been PRd). Exceeding deadlines by more than four months and two months is more than red tape and the weather can't be a factor if there is no funding and a land closing.
Also, based on the logic that nothing can happen due to the rain (which I believe is completely misguided), how would another construction company perform construction if MCIC's contractor can't perform construction? Perhaps, the other construction company can't be seen because it can't perform any work yet due to the "weather". For consistency of excuses, the weather excuse would have to be used for all construction companies not just MCIC's contractor.
