Think about it, I would imagine that if the deal did completely fall through (IF). This piece of land would have already been sold to another company, to be used for something else. We would see another construction company already doing something with it. The fact that nothing is going on, to me means that something is still happening. I believe we are still in the mix here. I know if I was the land owner, I would want my 10 million as fast as possible so I could retire!!! Still believe that there is some RED TAPE crap going on that slowed the whole process, the weather as well!!! IMHO GO MCIC
