OT- I think you are in the ballpark for revenue but I think they should be able to hit 700-800K much like last year. There is ZERO CHANCE that they will hit even the lower range of guidance they have been giving ($1.5-3.0M). That's not being negative, that's being realistic. They would not have to be saturating the market with shares if they were seeing $1M+ annual revenue, especially since they have been holding expenses steady.
I'm a little surprised we haven't gotten a bigger bump out of this news. I guess we're at the stage where they actually need to show improving financials to drive the price higher. I sure hope we don't have to wait until 2014 for that to happen. Anyone waiting for litigation revenue are going to be waiting a LONG TIME, in my opinion, unless these new patents get them to settle out of court.
