If they can settle with the company that bailed on their contract (the one that was providing most of the monthly reoccurring revenue), then do you think they could be on track for the lower end? That is separate from patent infringement...what do you think? Thanks!
The publication date for the patent # is July 9th 2013. I wonder why they waited so long to put a PR out. Correct me if im wrong but isnt the publication date the date that is made public.
