Just so everyone understands also.

Peter is CEO of Alas or soon to be named PV enterprises. Peter has no ties to the new company IMAG except for being a shareholder

And the same for Ed Salmon. He is CEO of IMAG but has no ties to VDSC only is a shareholder.

These are 2 different companies with 2 seperate CEOs. The spinoff shares are responsible on Peter and thats it. The 2 stocks and share prices have and will have nothing to do with each other.
