I advised?Peter ?on July 8th that a simple press release stating that FINRA had change the date would have satisfied all shareholders He?stated he was going to Wait until they give him the date for the dividend in writing..Understand one thing , FINRA will only give the date to ALAS. Even though in the eyes of the SEC we are separate Companies. If Peter does not make a statement tomorrow, I will If you have any other questions , give me a call."


So the date was changed and Peter has been in and out dealing with business. Ive said this before that Peter is trying to do a million things and could do better at following up but its not deliberate. He has a million things he is doing and still replies to shareholders. Looks like we should hear some kind of update tomorrow.
