Jerry is getting hounded by the SEC. They have filed a civil suit against him. He won't be escaping the long arm of the law. The SEC is slow but they are thorough.

As for Nazir, I haven't heard a thing about him. IMO, he turned states evidence and sang like a canary. I'm guessing he is one of the reasons the SEC has so much on Jerry but since I am not privy to the investigation, it's all just a WAG.

Jerry hasn't completely escaped- yet.

Nazir is an experienced scammer, being a veteran of the old Vancouver Exchange. He wisely played dumb while letting Monkster get the spotlight and the scrutiny. After all, his filings never portrayed CDIV as anything except a rinky-dink enterprise.

Well, not really sure about JW, however is you look at Nazir, I am not sure he did anything illegal , his wasnt out there promoting the company as the next biggest things, etc ... he wsa much more behind the scenes...

JW, yeah he is in the middle of it with the SEC, but at this point, I am not sure what they will gain, it seems that the majority of his money and such is long gone
