I thought they couldn't dilute under .001 under Delaware law? Could they change the rules to sell below par under proposal 6?

Risk-how many votes do you guess it would take to vote Marriott out? I say with some confidence most, if not all would appreciate her ouster. She is emblematic of the ineptness of management in bringing the technology to financial recognition. I will readily admit there's been a constant headwind, but she's no sailor.

I agree with you on the 500B increase as the apparently best option out there. The problem that I have with it is that once the AS is increased nothing stops them from issuing another Series D type of shares and do whatever they want with us (that including a RS arguing that shares can not be traded because of the amount of digits).
