U cannot make any tricks. The price will be made at the home market. If it goes higher, Berlin taxes higher. If it goes south, Berlin goes south, too. It is only possible, buy shares in Germany from U.S.-Listed stocks, so it is a bit cheaper to buy them, without paying expensive U.S. taxes.
