Lol, I wonder whether the guys at Berlin Stock exchange are aware of having such a bad reputation concerning naked shorting

Anyway, OTC-land makes no difference here: In case of WMI$ (former Washington mutual) trading at OTC is as well possible WITHOUT official listing / allowance of the company. So I don´t really see a special issue with Berlin in case of BMSN or any other penny. Maybe this is just another stock myth to play tricks on feared investors ...
